The test paper allows the quick and easy detection of peroxidase in food. It is used in the food processing industry to evaluate the quality of canned food.
Usually a drop of the sample is put onto the test paper. However the paper can also be pressed to fresh cut surfaces. In the presence of peroxidase a blue color appears within 2 minutes.
Colour change: White - Blue/Green
